According to the customer's request, we used the following processing equipment to carry out certification testing on Stretchy Sparkly Fabric:

 

1. Tensile tester: We used the ZIP-S2 tensile tester with MTEST Quattro control software to evaluate the elasticity and stretchability of StretchySparklyFabric. The results showed that the fabric has good elasticity and stretchability, and can return to its original state after being stretched and relaxed.

 

2. Sterilizers: We use 3M Petrifilm series of sterilizers for certification testing to evaluate the hygiene and safety performance of Stretchy Sparkly Fabric. The results showed that the fabric met the hygienic standard without any bacteria and viruses.

 

3. Color difference tester: We use the CM-700d color difference tester based on human eye theory to test the color difference of Stretchy Sparkly Fabric to ensure the color consistency of the product. The results show that the color error is lower than 2.0ΔE, which ensures the color consistency of the fabric throughout the production batch.
